The reasons that can lead the user to need to know how to enable and disable Windows 11 screen contrast are the most diverse. For example, you are a person with some level of visual impairment. In this case, Windows 11 offers four high-contrast color themes.

How to enable Windows 11 high contrast
To use Windows 11 screen contrast, follow the steps below:
- Open Settings.
- Click Accessibility.
- Click Contrast Themes option.

After following the steps above, Windows 11 will activate High Contrast mode.
Tip: to disable screen contrast mode in Windows 11, simply select the None option.
In Windows 11’s accessibility options, there are four high-contrast color themes to suit users with some kind of visual impairment. When enabled, screen contrast in Windows 11 will change the colors of the background, text, buttons and links.
