How to create new user in Windows 11

To create a unique account for each user who shares the same computer, follow the steps below:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Click Accounts.
  3. Click the Family & Other Users.

4. Find the Other Users section
5. Click the Add account button.

6. Enter the email address of the person you plan to share the device with.

7. Click the Next button.

After completing the steps, a default account will be created so that the other person will be able to log in without interfering with your account and have access to your files and installed apps.
